SEO Mastery Course: Official Enrollment Handbook & Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Welcome

Welcome to the SEO Mastery Course. We are thrilled to have you join this cohort of dedicated professionals. This Handbook is designed to ensure transparency, clarify expectations, and set the stage for a professional and ethical engagement between you (the “Student”) and Monochrome SEO Pvt. Ltd. (the “Company”).

By enrolling, accessing content, or making any payment, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read this carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and the roadmap to your success.

2. Course Format, Access & License

Upon successful verification of your enrollment and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the SEO Mastery Course materials.

2.1 Course Format

The course is delivered primarily through pre-recorded video lessons and supporting digital materials, allowing you to learn at your own pace. Students can access the curriculum anytime, revisit lessons as needed, and progress according to their personal schedule. Access to the course materials depends on your specific enrollment package and is valid for the duration stated at the time of purchase.

2.2 Access Protocols

Credentials: You will receive a unique username and password via email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of these credentials.
Access Tiers:
- Full Payment: Grants immediate access to all available course modules.
- Installment Plan: Access is released in stages corresponding to your payment milestones. Failure to pay an installment by the due date will result in immediate suspension of access until the account is current.
- Booking: No Access to Course Materials. These are fees paid to reserve a limited seat or lock in a discount. Full content is unlocked upon completion of the remaining balance.

2.3 License Duration & Expiry

Access to the course materials is valid for the duration specified in your specific offer package. The Company reserves the right to update or retire content to keep the curriculum current with SEO industry standards.

3. Financial Policy & Refunds

Please read this section carefully. Our financial policy is designed to ensure fairness and the sustainability of our high-touch training environment.

3.1 The “No Refund” Standard

Except as explicitly provided in Section 3.3 below, all payments are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable. This applies to:

Booking/Reservation Fees: These are fees paid to reserve a limited seat or lock in a discount. Because this removes inventory from the market, booking fees are never refundable under any circumstances.
Discounted/Promotional Offers: Any enrollment purchased during a sale or via a scholarship is final.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for changes in personal circumstances, lack of time, technical difficulties on your end, or decisions not to participate.

3.2 Installment Obligations

If you choose a payment plan, you are legally obligated to complete all future payments. Discontinuing the course does not cancel your obligation to pay the remaining balance. Failure to pay will result in the revocation of course access and potential collection actions.

3.3 The “Job Guarantee” Conditional Refund (Eligible Tiers Only)

This clause applies EXCLUSIVELY to students enrolled in the “Job Guarantee” or “Inner Circle” tiers. Students on Standard, Self-Paced, or Discounted plans are NOT eligible for refunds.

We are confident in our training. If you are on an eligible Job Guarantee plan and fail to secure a job, internship, or freelance role after a genuine effort, you may request a refund ONLY IF you meet ALL of the following strictly enforced criteria:

Timeframe: You must complete the entire course within the officially designated duration. No extensions allowed.
Assignments: You must complete and submit 100% of all assignments, projects, and exercises to a satisfactory standard.
Live Attendance: You must attend 100% of all live coaching sessions. Missing a single session disqualifies you from the refund.
Placement Cooperation: You must actively participate in all mock interviews, resume reviews, and placement processes facilitated by our partner, Orka Jobs.
Interview Attendance: You must attend every interview opportunity arranged or suggested by the placement team. Declining or missing an interview voids this guarantee.

Review Process: If you meet all the above and still have not achieved a professional outcome, you may submit a claim. Monochrome SEO Pvt. Ltd. and Orka Jobs will audit your attendance and submission logs. If compliant, a refund will be processed.

4. Student Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

To maintain a high-quality learning environment, all students must adhere to the following professional standards:

Professionalism: You agree to communicate professionally with instructors, team members, and fellow students. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
Active Participation: You are responsible for your own success. This includes checking emails, following onboarding instructions, and engaging with the material.
Taxes: All course fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All course materials (videos, templates, SOPs, strategies, and community discussions) are the exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) of Monochrome SEO Pvt. Ltd..

You are strictly prohibited from:

Sharing your login credentials with anyone.
Downloading, ripping, or recording course videos.
Sharing, selling, or distributing our templates, PDFs, or strategies publicly or privately.

Zero Tolerance Violation Policy: Any violation of this IP clause will result in:

Immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund.
A lifetime ban from all future Monochrome SEO products.
Legal action for copyright infringement and damages.

6. Placement Assistance

For eligible students, we provide structured placement support to enhance career opportunities.

Nature of Support: We provide guidance, mentorship, mock interviews, and access to our recruitment partner, Orka Jobs.
No Automatic Guarantee: Placement success depends on your skill acquisition and interview performance. While we open doors, we cannot force an employer to hire you.
Eligibility: Placement support is reserved for students who maintain adequate attendance and complete all assignments.

7. Legal Disclaimers

7.1 Earnings Disclaimer

SEO is a dynamic industry reliant on third-party platforms (Google, Bing). While we teach proven strategies, Monochrome SEO Pvt. Ltd. makes no guarantees regarding specific rankings, traffic numbers, or income levels you will achieve. Your results depend on your effort, market conditions, and algorithm changes.

7.2 Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, government sanction, labor dispute, or interruption of electricity or internet services.

7.3 Future Upsells & Scope

Your enrollment covers only the specific curriculum listed at the time of purchase. Future courses, advanced masterminds, or new standalone modules are separate products and are not included in this purchase unless explicitly stated.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.

9. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By proceeding with your payment (Booking Amount, Installment, or Full Payment), you explicitly confirm that:

I have read this Handbook in its entirety.
I understand that my Booking Amount and/or Discounted Fee is non-refundable.
I accept the Intellectual Property restrictions and the “No Refund” policy.
I acknowledge that if I am not on a “Job Guarantee” tier, I am not eligible for a conditional refund.
